Do you agree with Rober Gates that Obama is not breaking any laws with the war in Libya?

At this point I don't care about the legalities, we never should have gone in and we should pull out now. I don't care if the UK and France aided us in Iraq. There are many times they haven't come to our aid in the past. Besides that a poor excuse for involving us in yet another middle east crisis, fighting to help people who hate us. What a waste of resources.
