dear, in true sense of military strategy is to maintain secrecy. those who speak loud are not considered strong because it reveals his capabilities of combat tactics. those who remain silent cannot be trusted as weak silence is considered as biggest combat tactics in these modern war fare. speed/fastest is the contributory factor for victory. note: technology is next to dedication ,devotion, sacrifice and sovereignty.
