Oretachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai Question...?

I've seen till only episode 5 so please don't add spoilers... But the question is that now we know that those 3 is actually a single person... how could Shuusuke see Hayato then?? It's strange that they have split personality and yet able to talk to each other? I mean not in the palace thingy, but in the Alexander shop...
