For sale - Sea views, steeped in history and great potential. Any takers?

Whoever forks out �10million+ is going to have to do something commercial to see some return. Romantic as 'keeping it as it is' sounds, that will not bring in the money - if it did then the current owners wouldn't be selling! Commercialisation would be better than seeing it rot and end up in the sea?
