Are there any presidential candidates that are DO NOT CARE about Pigmentation?

Many years I have been afforded the back seat of an impartial vote. I have watched as hate has been transformed profoundly from overt to secret. Even Harry Reid uses light-skinned to distiguish pigment. Yes, even Obama uses it to discribe whites. Seems to me that racism will be always alive, but it will be in different forms.
