Is there an international body that polices the action of the coalition forces in Libya?
The coalition forces are clearly in breach of resolution 1973 as they are openly discussing and pursuing a policy of regime change and are about to start supplying heavy weapons to the forces of rebellion and disorder. These things are specifically banned by UNR1973 yet the likes of Cameron, Clinton and Hague regard the UN as a rubber stamp for their rampage rather than a body that can hold them to account. If the UN was an impartial and effective forum then Cameron and Hague would be under arrest now and facing war crimes charges. Is there another body that can moderate the actions of the war mongers?
