Do BBC Question Time audiences truly reflect the UK public?
I used to watch question time every week, but now it so tedious. The thing that lets it down is the audience. They all seem to be either liberal, young, black or gay. Anything that is said by an audience member, they rest of them clap like seals. Every week, someone has a moan and whinge about poor people and then complains the Panel are arguing amongst themselves (OF COURSE THEY ARE ARGUEING – IT IS A DEBATE!!!). David Dimbleby (who is about as politically impartial as Robert Mugabe’s backside), should just let the audience ask the question and let the panel answer it. He should not keep going back into the crowd and inviting comments from people who have no understanding of how the political system works.
