Didn't the killing of Bin Laden violate the Universal Declaration of Human Rights Art. 10?
It may have, depending upon how your interpret it, but the big thing about such international agreements as this (and others) is that there is no real enforcement portion. They say how everyone should behave, or what they should not do, but it doesn't say what will be done if they violate the agreement, who will enforce it and who will adjudicate it. They are, in many cases, feel good documents that politicians can say they had a part in but are not worth much more then the paper they are written on.
